We purchased an XL Harvest Right freeze dryer from Tucker’s shop at the end of last year, and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our freeze-drying business. The XL has run flawlessly and been a huge asset especially when our older machine started having issues. Since then, I’ve reached out to Tucker multiple times with questions about our older unit (which we didn’t even buy from him), and he’s always just minutes away from responding with a solution. Our older machine now out of warranty  has needed a few parts replaced, and Tucker not only helped us troubleshoot but also got the replacement parts shipped out faster than we probably would’ve received an initial reply from Harvest Right’s customer service.
